Women’s Studies Roundtable

Dodge Ball Tournament
- Location: DAVIS GYM

Come out and show some support for the people of Haiti! On Friday, March 19 from 7-10 p.m. in the Davis Gym the HEOP program will be hosting a Dodge Ball Tournament with all proceeds donated to the RED CROSS and Relief Funds for Haiti victims.

Sign your team up at the CSI office in the Powell Campus Center, ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN. Prizes will be given to the winning team. T-shirts will be sold at the event.

Xavier Marshall leads a multi-team tournament to raise money for Haiti. The winning team will receive "I Love Haiti" hoodies. Look to sign up at the Powell Information Desk. You may also buy $10 "I Love Haiti" t-shirts.

Giving a third dimension to women in history through theatre and fashion. Features a serioes of monologues and costumes spanning over 2000 years. Senior project theatre major Amy DeNisco. Sponsored by the Smith-Crapsey Award for Undergraduate Research in Drama.

Performance: "Silhouettes"

Amy DeNisco, Class of 2010, recipient of the Smith-Crapsey Award, will present an original performance titled "Silhouettes" on Friday and Saturday, March 19 and 20, at 8:00 p.m. in the Rod Brown Acting Studio, Miller Performing Arts Building. "Silhouettes" features a series of monologues spanning 2000 years, giving a 3rd dimension to women in history through theatre and fashion. Be sure to catch an interview with the director following Friday’s performance.

Glam Slam
